Terms of use.The fine print, kindly.

These terms are an agreement between you and Fever Dream Florals in British Columbia, Canada (“we”, “us”) for using The Florist’s Recipe + Quote Planner (“the planner”). By creating an account or using the planner, you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you’re agreeing on that business’s behalf.

The short version ✱
  • Your recipes, prices and quotes belong to you.
  • The planner does the math, but you set the prices and check the quotes you send.
  • Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and you can cancel any time.

01Your account

You need an email address to sign in, and you must be at least 18. Keep access to your email secure, since anyone who can open your sign-in links can open your account. Tell us at hello@feverdreamflorals.ca if you think someone else has gotten in.

02The beta

During the beta, new accounts get Pro features free for 60 days. Beta features may change, move or be removed, and there may be bugs. When your free period ends, your account moves to the free plan unless you subscribe. Nothing you’ve saved is deleted when this happens.

03Subscriptions and payment

04Your content

Everything you enter or upload stays yours, including recipes, prices, quotes, photos and your logo. You give us permission to store, copy and display it only as needed to run the planner for you, such as syncing it and making your PDFs. You’re responsible for having the right to upload what you add, including photos and your clients’ details. You can download your data or delete your account at any time. See the privacy policy for how we handle it.

05Prices and quotes are your call

The planner is a calculator and organizer. The prices, markups, quotes and order quantities it shows depend on the numbers and rules you enter. Wholesale prices and availability change often. Check every quote and order before you send it. You’re responsible for the prices you charge, the taxes you collect and the agreements you make with your clients and suppliers.

06Fair use

Please don’t misuse the planner. That includes trying to reach other people’s accounts or data, interfering with or overloading the service, copying or reselling the planner or its starter templates as your own product, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that do these things. Unless the problem is serious or urgent, we’ll tell you first.

07What we own

The planner’s design, code, name and the starter recipes and packages are ours. You’re welcome to use and adapt the starter templates in your own work and quotes.

08Availability and changes

We work to keep the planner running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. Please keep your own copies of anything important. You can download your data from the Account page. We may improve or change features over time. If we ever shut the planner down, we’ll give you at least 60 days’ notice so you can download your data. We’ll also refund any unused time on a yearly plan.

09Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, the planner is provided “as is”. We aren’t responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost events or lost data. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be waived.

10Ending things

You can stop using the planner and delete your account at any time. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first. If we close your account for a breach of these terms, the sections on your content, prices and limits on our responsibility still apply.

11Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top. We’ll email you about significant changes before they take effect. If you keep using the planner after that, you accept the new terms.

12The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of British Columbia, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring it where you live.
