01What we collect
- Your email address, to create your account and send you sign-in links. There are no passwords.
- What you save in the planner: recipes, flower prices, quotes, packages, pricing rules, your business name, contact details, logo and any photos you upload. Quotes can include your clients’ names and event details. You decide what to enter.
- Sign-in records: when you signed in and the type of browser you used, so we can keep your account secure.
- Subscription details from Lemon Squeezy: your plan, its status, and renewal or end dates. We don’t receive your card number.
- Feedback you send us, along with the page you were on and your browser type, so we can understand and fix problems.
02How we use it
Only to run the planner: signing you in, saving and syncing your work across devices, making the PDFs you ask for, managing your beta access or subscription, answering your questions, and improving the planner based on feedback. We may email you about your account, such as sign-in links, billing notices, or important changes. We won’t send marketing email unless you ask for it.
03Who else handles your data
We use a few trusted services to run the planner. Each one only gets what it needs:

These providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws. We don’t sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We would only share it if the law required us to.
04Cookies and storage on your device
We use one cookie to keep you signed in for up to 60 days. The planner also keeps a copy of your work in your browser so it works when your connection drops. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
05How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, your saved work, sign-in records and subscription records are removed straight away. Database backups may hold a copy for up to 30 days before they expire. Feedback you’ve sent is kept so we can act on it. Email us if you’d like it removed too. Lemon Squeezy keeps its own billing records, as the law requires of it.
06Your choices and rights
- See and download everything you’ve saved from the Account page.
- Correct anything by editing it in the planner.
- Delete your account and its data from the Account page. Cancel any active subscription first.
- Ask us what we hold about you, or raise a concern, by emailing hello@feverdreamflorals.ca. We’ll reply within 30 days.
If you’re not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
07Your clients’ information
When you add your clients’ names or event details to a quote, you’re responsible for having a good reason to collect them and for telling your clients how you use them. We only store that information for you and don’t use it for anything else.
08Security
Connections to the planner are encrypted. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and work once. We store only scrambled versions (hashes) of sign-in links and sessions. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach puts your information at real risk, we’ll tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
09Children
The planner is a business tool for adults. It isn’t meant for anyone under 18.
10Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we’ll email you or show a notice in the planner.
