For florists who’d rather be designingMade with ❤︎ by a florist
Recipes · quotes · orders · invoices

Price every event with confidence, from recipe to invoice.

Count a recipe once and the planner prices every quote, builds your wholesale order and checks the supplier’s invoice. You see your margin before the client sees a number.

No card needed. Then $7/month, everything included.

How it works

One system, not a folder of templates.

Every step feeds the next, so a price you change once is right everywhere.

  1. Recipe

Count the stems in a design once. It’s priced from your own flower costs.

  2. Quote

Add designs to an event. Your markup, labour and fees are applied for you.

  3. Proposal

Send a client link. They pick add-ons and accept. You approve.

  4. Wholesale order

Stems total up across events and split by supplier.

  5. Invoices

Supplier invoices are checked against your order. Clients get a Square invoice.

Features

Built for how event florists actually work.

Recipes that price themselves

Save your go-to designs by stem. When the price of garden roses goes up, every recipe and draft quote updates with it.

Quotes with your margin in view

Set your pricing rules once. Each quote shows flower cost, price and markup before you send it, and locks its prices when it goes out.

Proposals clients can say yes to

Share a private link with photos and your branding. Clients tick add-ons and accept. You approve the changes, and they flow back into the quote. Download a PDF or open it in Canva.

Wholesale orders across suppliers

Add your own wholesalers and farms. One order can cover several events, and each event shows exactly what was ordered for it.

Supplier invoices, checked for you

Forward an invoice or snap a photo. It’s matched to your order, and short stems, substitutions and price changes are flagged.

Get paid with Square

Turn an accepted quote into a Square invoice from your own account: a deposit now, the balance before the event.

Why the planner

More than a template. Less than a second rent.

Spreadsheet kits are cheap, but you still do the math. Big studio software does a lot, for a lot. The planner sits in between.

“My pricing lived in three spreadsheets, a Canva folder and my head. So I built the tool I wanted: count a recipe once, and know my margin before the client ever sees a number.”

Questions

Good to know.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. Sign in with your email and you get 30 days with everything unlocked. There’s no password. We email you a sign-in link.

What happens when my trial ends?

The planner locks until you subscribe, but nothing is deleted. Subscribe whenever you’re ready and everything is right where you left it. You can download your data at any time.

Which wholesalers does it work with?

Any of them. You add your own suppliers and their prices, or import a price list from a spreadsheet or PDF. Local farms work just as well as big wholesalers.

Do I need Square?

No. Square invoicing is optional. If you use it, you connect your own Square account and payments go straight to you.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. It runs in any browser, can be added to your home screen like an app, works without signal at the cooler or the market, and syncs when you’re back online.

I’m just starting out. Is this for me?

Especially. Setting up your pricing properly from the start is much easier than fixing it later, and your free intro call is there to help.
